how do i love thee - Romantic Love Poem

How do I love thee?
Let me count the walls
l love thee to the depth
and height
My soul can reach
when feeling cur of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace

i love thee to the level of everyday
Most quiet need
by sun and candlelight
l love thee Freely.
as men strive for Right
i love thee purely
as they turn from praise
I love thee with the passion
but to use In my old griefs.
and with my childhood s faith
l love thee with  a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints.
--i Love thee with the breath. Smiles, tears.
of all my life‘
--and. if Got! choose.
l shall but love thee better alter death

James Revel convict brought to Virginia in the middle of the 17th c wrote this poem

My loving Countrymen pray lend an Ear,
To this Relation which I bring you here,
My sufferings at large I will unfold,
Which tho’ 'tis strange, 'tis true as e'er was told,
. ..Then to a Tin-man I was Prentice bound,
My master and mistress good I found,
They lik'd me well, my business I did mind,
From me my parents comfort hop'd to find.
My master near unto Moorfields did dwell,
Where into wicked company I fell;
To wickedness I quickly was inclined
Thus soon is tainted any youthful mind.
I from my master then did run away,
And rov'd about the streets both night and day:
Did with a gang of rogues a thieving go,
Which filled my parents heart with grief and woe.
At length my master got me home again, . . .
But to my vile companions went again: . . .
One night was taken up one of our gang,
Who five impeach'd and three of these were hang'd.
I was one of the five was try'd and cast,
Yet transportation 1 did get at last; . . .
In vain I griev'd, in vain my parents Weep,
For I was quickly sent on board the Ship:
With melting kisses and a heavy heart,
I from my dearest parents then did part. . . .
Five of our number in our passage died,
Which were thrown into the Ocean wide:
And after sailing seven Weeks and more.
We at Virginia all were put on shore. . . .
At last to my new master's house I cam,
At the town of Wicocc[o]moco call'd by name,
Where my European clothes were took from me,
Which never after I again could see.
A canvas shirt and trowsers then they gave,
With a hop-sack frock in which I was to slave:
No shoes nor stockings had I for to wear,
Nor hat, nor cap, both head and feet were bare.
Thus dress'd into the Field I nex[t] must go,
Amongst tobacco plants all day to hoe,
At day break in the morn our work began,
And so held to the setting of the Sun.
My fellow slaves were just five Transports
[white convicts] more,
With eighteen Negroes, which is twenty four:
Besides four transport women in the house,
To wait upon his daughter and his Spouse,
We and the Negroes both alike did fare,

l Will Be Back Home - Love poem

Awake in the middle of the night,
l couldn't find a beautiful rest.
I was searching for you everywhere
I wish to find you somewhere.

Alone in my bedroom,
Crying on my own.
1 looked at your picture,
Memories of you were still here.

l wiped away all my tears.
A sharpest spear
Ripped my feeble heart out.
Now, how could l work this out‘?

My beloved and beautiful wife.
You're my everything and my life.
I know that you miss me
But I'm always here.

My love and my only one,
l promise not to leave you alone.
Time will come,
I will be back home.

I Still Love You - Love poem

I still love you even though it's hard to explain
These feelings I have for you will always remain.
Even if I'll cross the river or climb the mountain,
I still love you and I'll take the challenge
Because my love cart slay a mighty dragon.

I still love you even though you're mad
or sometimes you're hard to understand.
I'll still hold my head up and be proud
Because once in lifetime I got
The most beautiful woman in the planet.

Although my pride is high,
Hurts you most of the time
or makes you cry all night.
l still love you like sunshine.
l still love you even though we fight.

l still love you ‘cause you'll never let me go.
l still love you 'cause l know you love me too.
l still love you 'cause it's the most wonderful feeling I have
I still love you ‘cause you know I'll be by your side.

l Miss You - Love poem

I miss you, my baby.
It's not easy for me to say goodbye.
I miss you and I wish I could stay.
I can't understand these feelings anymore

I miss you and I feel very lonely.
It's so hard for me to go
Because I miss everything that we do.
I miss you but I want you to be happy.

I miss you. my love.
I wish we could be together soon.
I hope to see you again.
l miss the old you- and the old me.

Life goes around me.
I must pretend that I‘m alright
Even though it's too difficult
For mo without you by my side.

I miss you so much.
l know you never see me cry
But the truth is.
I cry for you every day.

I dream about the day
Just you and me
Talking about what we wanted to be
Because what matters to me
Is you and my family.

I Love You - Romantice poem

I love you since the day
You introduce yourself to me.

I love you every time you smile at me
You make me feel so special.

I love you ‘cause you‘re the one,
I always think of.

I love you every clay.
As you're my sunny day
When I'm feeling blue.

I love you ‘cause I search For you.
Now that l find you.
I won't let you go.

I love you and please forgive me
For loving you so much;
I can't live a day
Without you in my life.

l love you...
All I ever want to say.

I Knew This Was Love - Love

From the beginning,
I have a strong feeling
When you stared at me
And I caught you in the eye.
I knew there was something
You wanted to tell me.
I knew those eyes wouldn't lie
Even though I knew you
Over a short period of time.

I knew this was love.
You were the only one
Who caught my real attention
For we were a perfect combination
l knew how l felt For you
And l knew you were someone
I wanted to be with
For the rest of my life.

Although this was a first time
That happened to me,
Falling in love with you
Was the easiest thing to do.
Believe me,
You have the power to change me.
If before I was a little fool,
Now my life is good and beautiful.

I Don‘t Know Why -Love poems

l don't know why l‘m madly in love with you.
I feel your love but break your heart.
l‘m so happy but now feel bad.
ls it because I make you mad‘?

Sometimes, 1 don't know why love is ruthless.
Today we're both happy but the following days
We fight each other like we're worst enemies.
I don't know why but our love is always like this

l don't know why I feel damn blue.
Is it because I make you upset‘?
Or, remind you of your past mistakes‘?
Why do I have to hurt you if my love is true‘?

My love. I don't know how to make things right
Or what I need to do to heal your broken heart.
One thing I‘1n sure is that I never give up
Until every beat of my heart stops.

I ask myself many times.
Are we really meant for each other?
I don't know why or how we find each other.
Perhaps, our love will last forever.

Darling I Miss You AND Hope of Love -Love Poem

1. Darling I Miss You

Please, darling come home
Chaos and catastrophe I always feel
Macabre tales of my love
I only sing a melancholy song
Bad atmosphere and a deadliest poison I long
O darling! I terribly miss your silky hair
You're like a flower in bloom
You are so beautiful, you make my heart chill
Especially by your sweet and warm embrace
O darling! I know I find serenity when you're here

2. Hope of Love

My love,
Even though we are miles apart
My heart
Will love you a thousand more.

I trust you
With all my life
O darling, time will come
I will never leave you.

My love.
Even though I'm far away
In my heart you'll stay.
I love you forevermore.

I do hope someday
I won't think anymore of money
And have a small but wonderful family
That will give color to our life.

Crazy Love -Love Poem

I don't know what's happening to me.
O darling, can't you see‘?
Every minute of the day.
I think of you like I'm crazy.

I love your sunshine smiles.
Your sweet and kissable lips,
Your adorable and pretty face
All are perfect to me. my love.

Sometimes,
I ask myself these questions.
Why do I have to care for someone like you?
Why do l have to pick up a fight for you‘?

My love,
I don‘t have the final answers now.
But I guess somehow,
l should trust this crazy love of mine.

Confession of Love

From the moment I met you,
I thought it was only a game.
But I didn't realize
I'd fall in love with you.

It was hard to believe
But love was happening to me.
I was just a little fool
Because I took you for granted.

Now that I love you
And you know about my feelings,
Things get only worst between us.
I knew it's not easy thing for us...

But I hope someday you'd listen to me
l swear in God's name,
I made a lot of change
Because now I'm ready for everything

Always On My Mind -Love Poem

Wherever I go.
Whatever I do.
A woman of your kind.
Always on my mind.

l love you,
I always love you.
Simple words l do admit
Yet full of energy and heat.

Day and night.
l pray for your safety and health
Before l go to sleep.
l would think of you so deep.

You're like a drug.
l‘m addicted to you.
You're like a beautiful seed.
Planted on my head.

Together and forever.
You'll never be apart
From my heart,
My one and only lover.

A Dream Girl - Love Poems

Before I have too much expectations for a girl.
She must be smoking hot and very beautiful.
She must be conservative, educated and rich
But I now realize, you can't have a perfect match

I was looking around the city
Patiently waiting for a real love to say,
“Come, my baby. Marry me.“
But I now realize, you can't buy or borrow love.

I was a fool when I didn't notice a simple girl
Who made me happy every single day.
She took away my loneliness and put a big drill
Into my closed and selfish heart.

A Love Poem , A Gift Of Love - Love Poem

A Love Poem

A love poem
Before I finish it.
I cry.
Feeling overwhelmed by emotions.
I must admit,
No words can describe
How much I love you.

A Gift Of Love

l give you all my life
And a gift of love
Filled with happiness and peace.

I give to you the heaven as promised by God
And all the money in the world
These I'm not mine to give
But it is a gift of love.

My love can't be bought or borrowed.
It's a very special love
You can enjoy
In Valentine's Day.

Love is A Dream - Love Poems

Love is A Dream

Love comes in wild nights-
In wildest night of my dreams
When two hearts become one
And all my sorrows are finally gone.

Love comes like shooting stars.
One can wish upon his fate
To ask someone tor a date
Awaiting her best responses.

Loves comes unexpectedly. And yes!
No one knows whether it's good or evil.
Sometimes love is honest, generous. peaceful
Selfish, hate. painful, and ruthless.

Love is a dream, a beautiful dream
That comes unexpectedly.
You deserve it and yearn for it
That no one will ever question your heart.

Love is a dream that comes unexpectedly...

Simple Thoughts And Loving You - Love Poems

1. Simple Thoughts

My thoughts for you
Are of the deepest sea.

Your kiss
is like a wine on my lips.

Your diamond smile
Sparkles in my eyes.

Your every heartbeat
Is pounding out of my chest.

I used to believe
My thoughts are for me alone.

But in the end of our love story
We are on the same page.

2. Loving You

Loving you is sweet;
You're the reason why
I can't forget
Your love that flies high

Every night
I can't sleep
Oh this feeling of mine
So great.

You're the reason why
There is joy
In my heart.
That beats only
For you.
